At SoftRay, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at softray.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

  • Final sale or promotional items (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SoftRay is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
